As Business Analyst, Andreea was involved in the following activities:
· Implement the first merger project between pension funds on the Romanian market;
· Define, analyze and improve Company’s business processes;· Participate to the implementation of the applications/ modules for Pillar II and Pillar III pension products;
· Develop and review functional specifications;
· Redesign of the applications in order to fit the requests for Eureko Insurance company;
· Define change requests, test and provide feed-back to the software providers;
· Maintain contact between the IT Department and the business departments;
· Maintain contact with authorities and other pension funds.

As IT Advisor, Andreea participated at different types of IT engagements for more than 30 clients. She was involved in:
· Functional Specifications development for ERP solutions which would integrate the company’s core financial and business processes;
· Business Process Analysis for companies from various industries;· Assessment of the maturity of the existing information security standards currently implemented at a Romanian bank and a comparative analysis of the existing information security standards against the Group standards, based on ISO 27001;
· Business Continuity Plan development for a Romanian bank;· Agreed upon procedure audit for reviewing the migration of the financial system data from for an important insurance company;
· IT Risks and Controls Reviews for financial audit clients from various industries;
· Specific Tests of Controls and Data Analysis for various clients.
