I have a passion for accelerating growth of consumer brand business in competitive environments, recruiting and leading high value teams and growing international markets, brands revenues and bottom line in Emerging Markets.
I am fluent in leading fast operational turnarounds in varying industries, markets and cultures including breakthroughs go-to-market reinventions in China, Russia, West Africa and the Balkans. I have managed top line growth, operating cost and margins by overseeing P&L responsibility for 180 local distributors in 13 countries. This has resulted in consistent revenue and share growth combined with breakthrough cost reductions.
Achieving significant career success, I have been responsible for market growth, revenues, business development, market strategy and planning for Procter and Gamble’s multiple product lines including Beauty & Grooming, Health and Well-being and Household care.
I am especially proud that I achieved top and bottom line goals by growing profitable shares across channels in the Balkans generating breakthrough cash position improvement. I led Procter & Gamble’s first ever top-to-top company-to-company alignment that greatly enhanced retailer relationships.
I have had consistent success in emerging markets, achieving the first-ever operational profit in the West Africa market paving the way for Procter & Gamble foray into Africa.
I led Procter & Gamble’s geographic expansion into China secondary cities, doubling net outside sales. My successful design and deployment of new business models changed the brand and business development paradigm in China, which was replicated worldwide.
