I've started in the army as lieutentant for air defense forces, discovered HR field in ''99 and developed within. Specialized in European Security and HR management in Germany and US, come back to MoD in support of national efforts to join NATO and to localize, build and implement NATO HR policies and procedures. I have accepted the challenge ARTHUR HUNT gave it to me in 2006 and built the local subsidiary of the group.
