Part-time engagement.

Initiating events and activities for our members in order to give them as much value as possible for their membership.

First thing, I started a newsletter to open communication (both ways!). Secondly I organised a monthly drink so the different members can learn to know each other. Now we start training sessions for our members (marketing, finance, sales, customer service) at a very attractive price. We improved dramatically the collaboration with partners (DRN - Netherlands, DBC Cluj, other bilateral Chambers) and got already many more members. Richard became non-operational partner of Human Invest, to focus more on international projects and strategy.

Richard founded Human Invest and built it out to be a top 3 training company in Romania. He has been Managing Partner for many years in which he helped to bring huge successes to many companies. His orientation to first understand the business of the client deeply and embed any solution into the long term goals of the client have been highly appreciated. Richard’s strong desire to making the client successful - rather than just fulfilling the current needs - has made all the difference on the market and has become a widely respected characteristic of all Human Invest’s consultants and projects.
