I joined Pentalog as a trainee in France in May 2003. Back in Romania a few months later, I took on the sales and marketing activities of the company. In 2004 Pentalog opened its office in Bucharest and I was chosen to run it. Now I am the head of a 35-person team working on consultancy projects on the local market and on embedded software projects.. From a commercial point of view I am in charge of the developement of Pentalog's local and offshore activities. My tasks also include the recruitment of consultants, as well as human resources and budget management in the Bucharest office.

I was also chosen to launch Pentalog Vietnam, our 3rd offshore location. At the beginning of 2009, i will spend 3 months in Hanoi transferring the Pentalog methodology to the future Hanoi agency manager.
