This job includes getting in touch with the client, making a business presentation, selling the product, negotiating the terms of the contract and signing the agreement. 2007 - 2009The main activity is selling hotel rooms by interacting with customers around the world. As additional products I offer transfer from the airport to the hotel and rent – a – car services. My responsibility is to sell the room in a very professional way, properly make the booking, take care of the payment and to help the client in absolutely every matter. As a Customer Care agent I deal with various requests or enquiries from the client, by mail or by phone (cancellations, refunds,modifications, etc.).
