The company was founded in December 2007 and I was the first employee of the company. Together with Job Connect manager I developed the recruitment department. At the beginning I was building a database that help me in managing the applications of the candidates, than I create the work instruments in a personalized format. I'm proud that I'm working in Job Connect and that I helped directly to the results of Job Connect.
What I'm doing to the work?
- I work directly with sales departament and I undertake recruitment projects. .- Planning the personnel recruitment and selection process , conduct the recruitment process and selection (post announcements, screening CV's, interviewing candidates, aply battery of psychological tests- personality tests, motivation tests), candidates selection, drawing the candidate profile, maintaining the relationship between candidate and employer , participation at final interviews with employers;
- Prepare the forms of employment;
- Release different acts for employees;
- Timekeeping
- Maintaining relationships with accounting department, with ITM and AJOFM.
- Proposal of new tools for HR department;
2007 - 2007I was started to work in HR domain at Algenia in 03.2007 in the last year of university, 4-th year). It was a good experience for me, my first experience in HR.
Among my activities were:
- Creating the post files (for staff and executive management).
- Organize the process of recruitment and selection of staff, selection of CVs, conducting job interviews.
- Designing a training module on "communication and team cohesion."
- Designing a study on the impact of the brand on the Romanian market (the study of the needs of such a study in the company, conducting a questionnaire survey for the general population).
In june 2007 I accepted the Temporary Quality Work offer and I work there for 6 months.
My activities:
- Planning process of recruitment;
- Pursue the entire process of recruitment (post announcements, analyzing and selecting CVs, programming interview, select candidates, candidates up reports, sending the candidate by the employer);
- Liaising with customers to choos the best candidate;
- Liaising with the selected candidates;
- Creating forms of employment;
- Creating forms of finishing the activity;
- Start disciplinary research;
- Issuance of documents requested by company employees;
- Liaising with different state institutions (ITM, AJOFM, CJAS), in order to solve the problems of staff.
2005 - 2007In 2004 I started to be volunteer at ProVita. In 2005 the loyal volunteers were engaged.
My activities:
- Counseling and information of the citizens;
- Collecting information, processing and interpretation of data in the application SPSS statistics;
- Coordination and monitoring a team of volunteers;
- Training of volunteers in European information management;
- Establish the "Class Europatru" for children in the four schools in Sibiu County and the three European festivals organized in rural areas;
Achievements:
- A total of over 500 citizens have benefited from free advice and information integration in the field;
- 20 volunteers had interacted in a team that I managed;
