Since 1995, I am also the designated representative-in-charge for Romania and Bulgaria for the Coordinating Mission of the Breton Exterior Commerce (MIRCEB), which became last year "Bretagne International Association", an association controlled by the Regional Council of Bretagne whose mission is to support the Breton SMEs/SMIs in the process of relocating to Romania and marketing their products here, or finding subcontractors and offering them assistance in their commercial undertakings.
