I am responsible with sourcing candidates for the open positions inside the company (CV screening and selection, matching), phone interview, scheduling face to face interviews, etc.
Always keeping track of changes in the market, being active on social networks, I make sure the hiring managers have the best candidates in the shortest time.
Maintaining a good level of communication with candidates, keeping them in the loop with new opportunities that match their experience.
2009 - 2010(The company closed the Bucharest office)
I worked closely with Indian companies that have contacts on the European market and provide them with consultants for IT projects.
I also was responsible for other recruitment processes, for multinational IT companies, local office, positions like: Account Manager, Call Center Operator, Telecommunication Engineer, General Manager.
I can handle finding difficult profiles on the market in order to make sure the process will end in the shortest time and with the best hiring.
I have developed my intercultural communication abilities, got in contact with the contracting market and improved my searching tools for sourcing candidates.
2007 - 2009Maintain a high-quality level of communication with the clients (including to provide written reports that they usually expect from our company).
Search for suitable candidates for our clients and evaluate them according to Antal methodologies, but also checking the existing database, evaluate, qualify, check-references, telephone interviews, face-to-face interview, tests when required.
Maintain a level of activity according to the individual quantitative targets and performance indicators established with the manager of the office, in order to achieve the expected performance, adhering fast to the methods and best practices.
