I work with an EMEA Principal Recruiter on Consulting LOB vacancies across Western Europe: Oracle Applications in Finance, Siebel, BI, Consulting Sales, Project Manager and Solution Architects.

- Post, maintain and update jobs on internal and all external websites;
- Contacting candidates for updates on the recruitment process;
- Supporting the Recruitment Team in Romania (scheduling interviews and meetings, rejecting unsuitable candidates, advertising jobs, organizing Recruiter’s agenda)
- Updating Icams (recruiting software applications)
- Interact and communicate with recruiters in other EMEA countries for ad hoc needs;
- Maintain company recruitment websites, post available positions and update regularly;
- Reference check;
- Employment requests;
- Issuing EMEA Newsletters as per country delivery schedule and working closely with EMEA recruiters;
- Responding to queries from recruitment general e-mail address;
