Main responsibilities:
- Cold calling for identifying new potential clients and arranging client meetings;
- Participated to meetings with the client companies in order to fully understands potential openings in their organizations;
- Develop and implement head hunting/direct approach strategies;
- Elaborate the target companies list;
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description;
- Arrange interview schedule;
- Conducting telephone screening of candidates;
- Face-to-face interviews with potential candidates;
- Provide positive/negative feedback to candidates;
- Write written reports to the clients related to the candidates to be recommended on the short list;
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the ongoing projects;

Some of the responsibilities:
Research in a wide variety of business fields, from FMCG, energy, automotive to industrial or construction for both local and international projects; medium to top level positions.
- Assure the necessary support for the business development plan of the company: telemarketing and arranging client meetings;
- Reading the job announcements every week and following up with regards to business development;
- Managing daily e-mail traffic, entering CVs into the database and responding to applicants;
- Translated job descriptions and contracts from RO to EN and from EN to RO;
- Advertising career opportunities on certain recruitment web sites;
- Develop and implement head hunting/direct approach strategies (for international and national projects);
- Elaborate the target companies list;
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job description/ searching the database for CVs which match open positions;
- Arrange interview schedule, ensuring office diary is also updated;
- Provide positive/negative feedback to candidates;
- Conducting telephone screening of candidates;
- Complete reference checking for all candidates participating in local and international projects;
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the ongoing projects;
