French IT engineer evolving since 2004 in Bucharest (bilingual Romanian), I gradually occupied the positions of Java/J2EE Developer, Project Manager IT, Quality Manager IT and now Software Development Manager since October 2008. In my current scope of responsibilities, I am in charge of local management of our development teams working on Axway platforms & products within our Romanian subsidiary R&D (about 10 projects and 60 developers).

First as Quality Representative for Romania entity & Project Manager on a PPM tool implementation with Corporate coverage, I have been also in charge since last quarter 2007 of Management of our local Managed Services Agency on behalf of a major European bank corporation (Support 24*7 for Axway products - 10 Support Engineers).
At the beginning of 2008, I have also taken the responsibility of Axway Academy Romania, our Integration & evaluation program to come along with our new recruits in their first steps in Axway (presentations, trainings, coaching...). Finally, I am in charge of management of our local Software Development Department that represents 10 projects which 7 are multi-site (60 developers).

Assignments: First steps of the design of an innovative product: the market survey, the feasibility study and also the design of a complete operational prototype and finally an installation packaging.

2000 - 2000Project and achievements: Survey and integration of the control part for an automated facility. This installation is composed of production machines and a robot on network. The facility function is the mass production of reinforcement parts for supports of safety belts. (Automotive)
