2007 - 2010- organization and co-ordination of the medical activity at the branch on Sibiu market
- participation in selection, employment and discharge of personnel from the clinic
- co-ordinate a team of 3 receptionists, 2 telesales operators, 6 doctors, 4 nurses and 1 maid
- follow the doctors and nurse schedule and assure they come on time , they offer good informations
to the patients and the patients have no complains
- checking that the telesales operators give good and right information to the customers
- checking that the receptionists offer a nice welcome to the patients, offer them all informations they need,
update databases with their informations and collected properly the cost of patients treatment recommend it
by the doctors.
-be sure the clinic it’s clean , the all medical equipments are functional and the doctors have all medical

- the development and diversification of clinic services in the search for new opportunities
- market analysis (competition, offers, new products );
- maintaining contact with the local representatives;
- suggesting plans for expanding the customers’ number and contracts;
2005 - 2007- co-ordinates the sales on the drugs retail market first at the Craiova branch being responsible for Dolj, Gorj, Olt, Mehedinti area and than Sibiu branch, being responsible for Sibiu, Alba, Hunedoara and Valcea area.
- conceives and applies strategies and development policies for the retail market;
- establishes and follows-up the fulfillment of the sales target per branch and per each member of the sales team;
- provides the enforcement of the commercial policy by each member of the sales team;
- follows-up the cash and observes the development of the measures plan regarding the recovery of debts;
- gathers information about “ problem customers’ from the sales agents, telesales and from the distribution agents and will submit measures to adoption;
- analyses the market (competition, offer, new products or products being promoted);
- maintains the contact with the producer’s representatives;
- suggests new routes or reorganizes the existent ones;
- suggests plans for growing the customers’ number and contracts;
- participates in the selection, employment and discharge of the personnel from the sales department;
- participates in the evaluation of the personnel from the department in his/her charge;
- suggests training courses for the sales department personnel;
- analyses and suggests “tools” for the sales team (car, telephone);
- draws up reports for the Commercial Manger;
2004 - 2005- Administrate and Up-to date the databases with the prices for the medicine ,corect
the mistakes and to draw out the lists with the prescriptions each time is necessary.
- Make the reports,graphics and analyses the sales for the Commercial Manager.
- Performing analyses to determine the financial use.
- Up –to Date the database with the informations receiving from the sales team
- Prepare de comercial offers together with the Commercial Manager and Sales Managers.
- Participate in the name of the company at the electronic auctions

profession. This job was good.
- This was more an informational Office job because main responsabilitiy was to work with people between jobs and offer them consultancy of different cources they can make and which can help tthem in their career
I learned to administrate the following operating systems:
MS-DOS, WINDOWS, NETWARE 3.11
I learned to develop S.G.B.D programmer, made different statistics situations
using EXCEL and solved different problems, which could occur in the
network computers.
