The main responsibilities were those of a Junior Recruiter:
- distribution of promotional materials for the available positions;
- elaborating the interviews planning;
- informing the candidates about the job requirements and the future evolution of the recruitment process;
- administrative suport of the candidates in the placement process;

Responsibilities:
- approaching companies, NGOs and educational institutions in order to sign partnerships regarding international internships;
- finding foreign students who would be suitable for the internships signed;
- interviewing and selecting candidates;
- managing tools and papers needed in order to finalize internships (visa documentation).

During my AIESEC Experience I coordinated two project teams and have been part of many others.
